According to the Deccan Chronicle, the accused, Omenonye Sylvester and Alimeke Endurance Chukwuka, who had entered India on student visas, were apprehended by the Cybercrime Police at their rented residence in Tilaknagar, Delhi, on Wednesday.
During the examination, they revealed that they came from Nigeria separately on a student visa with the intention of scamming others online.
Divya, the victim, reportedly went to the Cybercrime Police and filed a complaint on August 15.
